Group Check-In Counters are located in the center, and at the northern and southern ends of the 4th floor. Those participating in group tours should check in here.  Be sure to check your tour information pack for your meeting location, and go to the appropriate airline counter or Group Check-In Counter.

4th floor (DoCoMo World Counter) The DoCoMo World Counter offers information regarding DoCoMo's international mobile services "World Walker" and "World Wing". 1st floor (DoCoMo World Counter) This counter accepts returns of DoCoMo rental phones.

1st floor & 4th floor North (SoftBank Global Rentals Counter) These counters deal with rentals of mobile phones for use overseas and within Japan. They handle rentals, returns, and reservations. What Are KDDI Super World Cards? KDDI Super World Cards are pre-paid phone cards for international and domestic use. CIQ PR Room - 4th floor center, back

The CIQ PR Room is located at the back of the floor. CIQ is short for Customs, Immigration and Quarantine. The CIQ PR room introduces items that you are not allowed to bring into Japan and other countries, items that need to undergo special procedures to be imported, and a variety of other useful information for overseas travelers in the form of pamphlets and displays. Entrance is free of charge.
